• Life membership is bestowed on a club member who has made significant and outstanding contributions to the development of the Club over a long period of time. For example, held positions on the committee, coached, played, umpired and generally assisted with Club activities.
  • Usually, the nominee will have been a senior member of the club for a minimum of 10 years.

Entitlements

  • free entry to official Club functions
  • the Club will pay the annual social fee as per the fee schedule
  • annual subscriptions, as per the fee schedule, will not apply to playing Life Members, and
  • turf fees will apply to playing Life Members.

 

  • The Committee will accept nominations from Coaches, Managers and Club members for consideration.
  • All nominations presented to the Committee of Management should be passed on to all Life Members, and comment sought, before being ratified or rejected by the Committee of Management.
  • Nominations should give full details of the reason for the nomination including a period of membership of the Club, duties, responsibilities and other contributions made by the nominee during this period.
  • Nominations for Life Membership must be proposed and seconded and ratified by the Committee of Management
